Y33 series belt conveyor

Y33 belt conveyor is a new type belt conveyor designed according to the characteristics of casting workshop. It is an ideal material conveying equipment for casting sand treatment. It is mainly used for conveying new sand, old sand, molding sand, coke, limestone and other materials in casting workshop.

1. Transmission system is composed of reducer, sprocket and chain. The reducer can be flexibly arranged under, above or on the left and right sides of the frame according to the space situation on site.

2. There are two kinds of driving roller: smooth steel plate roller and coated rubber roller. In general, the smooth roller is preferred. When the driving torque is large and the friction force needs to be increased, the rubber roller can be used. When the material needs magnetic time sharing, S97 series of permanent magnet pulley can be selected, its installation size and this series of belt conveyor transmission roller is exactly the same.

3. The head and tail of the machine are equipped with sweeper, which can clean up the sundries adhered to the adhesive tape at any time.

4. The series conveyors are equipped with manual, pneumatic and electric double side, left side, right side plow type unloader, can be arbitrarily selected according to the need.

5. Heat resistant rubber belt can be used for conveying materials with high temperature.
